Moganshan used to be a resort for expats living in the beginning of the last century. Later on it became the retreat of Chiang Kai Shek and his officials. Now many have been renovated and turned in to Hotels and Villas for Rent. As you can probably see the renovations have turned out well and anyone who owns a business should benefit from trying to pattern their developments after their’s.
